Paybacks:

An official ethics complaint had to be filed against Corrine Brown by Congressional Accountability Project after the St. Petersburg Times uncovered a $50000 Lexus "gifted" to her daughter by Foutanga Sissoko after Brown lobbied Janet Reno and fellow members of Congress to secure release of Sissoko who was being held on charges of bribing a Customs officer.
