Next on the Agenda... Immigration Reform or Constitution and Amendment Changes?

A New America from Immigration "Reform" to "Fixing" the Bill of Rights

That pesky Bill of Rights with the Second Amendment for citizen gun rights and the Tenth Amendment for State's rights is antagonistic to government's expansion agenda.

However, making changes to the Constitution before locking up the vote (permanent control) with "appropriate" immigration reform would be risky.

Fortunately, Congress is comprised of an extremely large proportion of lawyers who are trained in the art of spin. If any group can fix these limitations and deliver complete power and control to the federal government, this Congress can!

Immigration Reform

Breaking News!

Barbara Boxer and Lyndsey Graham announce "bipartisan" Immigration Reform! There will be paths to citizenship for some and immediate deportation for others.

As with HealthCare Legislation, details of implementation will be delegated to the Executive Branch and it's appointees.

Updating our Constitution to Properly Support the Federal Government

Amendment II

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people pre-selected by government to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Amendment X

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people
whose desires will henceforth be represented through US Legislative and Executive decisions.
