Mike Honda has a history of rewarding campaign donors with taxpayer money. The Seattle Times Favor Factory reports defense earmarking in 2008 of $3.2 Million for KLA-Tencor Corp immediately after receipt of $500, $2.4 Million for Agilent Technologies aftr receipt of $2750, and $1.6 Million for Becton Dickson and Co after receipt of $2000.
